 In this episode we are joined by Doug Hayes, Founder and Director of Covenant Mercies, an international nonprofit based in Glen Mills, PA.  Their mission to serve orphans in collaboration with indigenous local churches in the developing world.

Doug shares his story on how he took his vision and turned it into an international nonprofit starting with finding funding, securing partners both in the US and in several African countries, educating donors and learning to communicate through cultural, language and generational gaps.

He also shares with Jack, Jennifer and Staci about the importance of finding the right people who believe in your vision, a theme we have heard before.
