Work/Life Balance.  It's a term people often say but what does it really mean?  Jack, Jennifer and Staci have an interesting discussion and arrive at some varied conclusions.

The topics range from technology, nutrition, kids, growing your business, sacrifice to meeting growing customer expectations and balancing it all in a 24 hours day. 

Jennifer talks about a tough decision regarding growing her business and spending more time with her young daughter and dad suggests changing the question might be a good way to look at the situation.

Jack even admits that he is terrible at balance:)
