The Business of Business - Two Daughters & Their Dad
What do an insurance agent/nonprofit volunteer, a salon owner, and a financial advisor have in common? Well, they are all part of an entrepreneurial family that wants to help others turn their passion into business. The Business of Business podcast was created by an entrepreneurial family Staci, Jennifer & Jack Dempsey, just two daughters and their dad. Each week the focus is on the Business of Business. No matter what business you are in, or want to be in, the business of business is the same. Listen in for tips, tricks, and strategies for turning your passion into your business. The Business of Business podcast is sponsored by: Dempsey, Weiss & Associates (www.dempseyweiss.com), J. Faith Hair Studio (www.faithhairstudio.com) and Flying High Agility & Dog Training (www.flyinghighagility.com) Look for new episodes twice a month.

4-12: with guest Hannah Connor of Ramblin’ Sol Farm
Welcome to Season 4 of The Business of Business: Two Daughters & Their Dad where we talk about all things entrepreneurial.
Today we are joined by entrepreneur Hannah Connor. Hannah owns Ramblin’ Sol Farm with her husband Joe Soto. When they came to Cream Ridge in the fall of 2019, Hannah and Joe thought it was just another stop on their endless journey. They named their new farm Ramblin’ Sol as they wanted to take the name with them wherever they ended up next. The universe, however, had other plans.
Ramblin’ Sol Farm is a certified organic vegetable farm, serving more than 50 CSA customers as well as local farmer’s market communities.
The conversation is lively and Hannah hits on a common theme: they knew a lot about farming but very little about running a business. From how to find money to start a business to creating boundaries and using social media effectively, join us on a great story of #entrepreneurship.
