New Initiatives.  Our businesses should constantly evolve, meeting our customers' needs, wants, and desires. But how do we know when to make changes and then how to do so?

Jack and Jennifer share their experiences with adding very different programs to their business; one is a membership program, and the other is a CRM system.  Both Dempseys draw some of the same conclusions, with the number one factor being to get employee and customer buy-in!
